With OD 3+ attenuation, they effectively shield against the most widely used fibre-optic wavelengths in the United States, including 850 nm, 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and 1625 nm—making them suitable for telecom technicians, fibre-optic engineers, photonics researchers, and industrial laser operators.
