The LG-090 laser goggles are protect against Holmium lasers operating at 2080 nm with an OD 5+ which is 100 thousand times reduction in laser power. They are a fitover style that works well with or without prescription glasses underneath. In addition to 2080 nm they also protect against 2100nm also produced by Holmium lasers.
