The LG-009 laser safety glasses are designed to protect against CO2 lasers operating at 10600 nm. They provide an OD 7+ at 10600 nm and work well with or without prescription glasses underneath.

To comply with international and US laser safety standards laser protective glasses require the wavelengths, OD's (Optical Density) and L ratings to be clearly marked on the glasses or on the frame.
